Lou Schuler's and Alwyn Cosgrove's newest New Rules book, The New Rules of Lifting Supercharged is the fifth book in the series. This book reflects the latest training techniques Alwyn uses and includes even more rules to train by. The book is similar in structure to their previous book, The New Rules of Lifting for Life, and allows you a "choose your own adventure" style of workout.

Our training logs for Supercharged help you catalog your exploits in the weight room allowing for the flexibility of the program in your recording. They are the first logs in color, but fear not, they will print just fine in greyscale.
